World Society of Disaster Nursing Application form of WSDN
The World Society of Disaster Nursing is an academic association that aims to contribute to the health and welfare of people through promotion of international academic exchanges and collaborative research of disaster nursing, and systematization of disaster nursing knowledge and practice.
If you have looked over the society’s by-laws and would like to join, please follow the below points when filling out the application and send the application to the World Society of Disaster Nursing Secretariat.
Members of the association are education institutions (any level including school,
faculty, department, or specialization), health care institutions, professional organization, or other bodies. However, it is required there must be multiple individual members for organizations and bodies.
When joining the society, the representative of the organization is set. The representative may take part in the society’s work and has voting rights when attending general meetings.
Points when filling out the application
(1) Fill out all items in the application. If there are any missing items, you may be requested to resubmit the application. Submitted documents will not be returned.
(2) If the Secretariat should contact or send inquiries to a person other than the representative, fill out the contact person section. Contact is mostly made through e-mail, so please provide an e-mail address.
The Board of Directors screens applications. If the application is approved, notification of membership will be sent to the representative. Notification will also be made if the application is not approved.
＊ At the present time, there are no membership fees or annual dues for the society.
